The bluish white metal. The melting point is 1875°С, the boiling point is 2199°С, the density is 7.19 kg/cm3.
Аpplication area
Chromium is widely used in the metallurgical and engineering industries, as well as in the electronics industry. The products are widely used in the electronics industry, for applying thin films on displays and electronic components, in the automotive industry for coating and creating light filters, instrumental and metallurgical industries.
Chromium products
We supply chromium products with a purity of at least 99.95%, as well as 99.99%. Obtaining pure electrolytic chromium is carried out by electrolysis of a chromic anhydride solution in water, containing an additive of sulfuric acid. There are 3 processes during the manufacturing on the cathodes: chrome recovery, the discharge of hydrogen ions and the deposition of metallic chromium. The manufacturing of the finished products we use chromium powder, which passes through the HIP (hot isostatic pressing) process, and then machining the workpiece.
